As an addition to our team in Frankfurt am Main, we are looking for a motivated individual to join us as soon as possible as a
Working Student / Cooperative Education Student (f/m/d) in the field of business administration or taxation
in cooperation with the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW) Mosbach (www.mosbach.dhbw.de).
Here are the tasks you can expect:
- Assisting with the preparation of tax returns for domestic and foreign companies from the very beginning
- Assisting with advising national and international clients on ongoing and case-specific issues and reviewing tax assessments
What we’re looking for in you:
- Current or upcoming studies in business, taxation, or related fields
- Enjoyment of analytical and technical work
- Interest in tax and economic issues
- A desire to learn new things and familiarize yourself with complex topics
- Fluency in spoken and written German and English
- Openness, teamwork skills, and strong communication skills

We are an owner-managed, mid-sized tax and legal advisory firm based in the heart of Frankfurt am Main. Founded as a tax consulting firm, we expanded our range of services in mid-2025 to include legal advice in the areas of corporate and tax law. This expansion enables us to advise our clients even more comprehensively and to stand by your side as a strategic partner. In the field of tax consulting, we look back on a long history dating back to 1972.
cctax & legal GmbH is a newly founded firm—with a focus on tax law and M&A. Through an asset deal, it has acquired the tax consulting business of the former Clifford Chance Steuerberatungsgesellschaft mbH. The majority of our staff have thus gained their experience within the environment of an international law firm. Our connection to our lawyers, with whom our tax advisors have successfully collaborated in the past, also dates back to this time.
You can expect a variety of tasks in a dedicated, collaborative team with room for personal responsibility and initiative.
